Abstract

In this paper, we compare two polarization-reconfigurable antennas designed for internet of things (IoT). Different approaches are used to realize the polarization reconfiguration and corresponding methods are applied to actuate the reconfigurable process. Each of them has their advantages. These two types of reconfigurable antenna will give full play to their brilliant abilities according to various practical application scenarios in 5G communication.
