Abstract

A simple, inexpensive, parallel approach has been developed for scalable large-area fabrication of two-dimensional (2D) periodic arrays of plasmon resonant structures. This method allows engineering of plasmon modes through precise tailoring of the structural parameters of metal nanostructures for reproducible Raman enhancement. © IOP Publishing Ltd.
