Abstract
We report on-chip photothermal gas sensing on a nanophotonic lithium niobate waveguide with meandering length of 9 cm. This approach achieves a carbon dioxide detection limit of 900 ppm at wavelength of 2 µm. © Optica Publishing Group 2024, © 2024 The Author(s)
