Abstract

In this paper, the composite film of nanorods and liquid crystal polymer, which could offer liquid crystal azimuthal anchoring energy, is introduced as an in-cell orientation layer for liquid crystal displays. The emission patterns from NRs pixels on the fabricated liquid crystal panel are controlled by only 5 Volts.
