Abstract
The flux creep activation energy U0 has been obtained on the basis of the relaxation effects of the magnetization of the polycrystalline Y Ba2Cu3Ox for various oxygen concentrations. The authors found that the activation energy U0 is increased as the oxygen concentration decreases. This result suggests that the oxygen defects may be another source of pinning centers in the samples.
