Abstract

This paper addresses the output regulation problem of linear systems with gamma type distributed infinite delays via a static state feedback controller. Necessary and sufficient conditions are proposed for solving the output regulation problem of linear systems with gamma type distributed infinite delays. New regulator equations are proposed. It is proved that the output regulation problem of linear system with gamma type distributed delays can be solved if and only if the regulator equations have solutions. Our work can include the linear systems without delay or with bounded delays as its special cases. A simulation example is provided to show the possible applications of our results.
