N2 - With the raise of people's consciousness and the improvement of legislation about environmental protection, it is a pressing need to search for safe and green substitute oil resources. Based on cell disruption by microwave treatment, this paper integrated high efficiency cell disruption with extracting microbial oil's esterified product, and process conditions such as reaction time, extraction temperature, concentration of KOH-methanol and solid-fluid ratio were optimized by orthogonal experiments. Results showed esterified product can be obtained directly and extraction efficiency of microbial oil was considerably promoted. © 2011 IEEE.
