Abstract
An Optical Cosine Transform system is designed using Computer Generated Holograms and Phase-Conjugate Mirror which can provide segmented transform images fulfilling the specification laid down by the CCITT H.261 recommendation on Video Audiovisual Services. The system is evaluated using computer simulations.
