N2 - The finding of the spatial linkage with Constant Pressure Angle (termed CPA) is reported in this paper. Such linkages demonstrate a new kinematic motion behaviour that during the gross motion of the input crank, the pressure angle of the linkages keeps a constant value. Both mathematic proofs and numerical examples with a physical model are given. © 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
