Abstract

The aim of this paper was to perform a financial analysis of chemical dosing options for the Tugun-Elanora rising main sewer system, taking into account the predictions from the kinetic model outlined in the preceding paper. The intention, was for this research, to serve as a guide to managers in implementing an appropriate and cost-effective chemical dosing strategy. The approach could facilitate more detailed engineering of odour control in this and similar rising main systems.
