Multicompartment polymersomes from double emulsions

Research output: Journal Publications and ReviewsRGC 21 - Publication in refereed journalpeer-review

Abstract

Versatile chambers: A microfluidic technique is used to generate polymersomes with multiple compartments using double emulsions with different morphology as templates (see scheme). The polymersomes could be utilized for encapsulation of multiple substances and as reaction vessels that enable triggered reaction with controlled stoichometry of the reactants. © 2011 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
