Abstract

This paper suggests a design method for complex systems to achieve the desired performance, this method is one technique in PENDES (the inversed acronym of `Support in Early phase of the Development of New Products'), which is effectively used in the design of aircraft's control system to gain the expected performance in frequency field or time domain, presents some research results on decision-making in complex systems by combining the simulation and decision-making technique.
