Research output: Chapters, Conference Papers, Creative and Literary Works › RGC 32 - Refereed conference paper (with host publication) › peer-review

Abstract

Nonlinear dynamics of an optically injected semiconductor laser is used to generate microwave oscillations. An intensity-modulated injection results in a microwave frequency modulation. Fast switching between 14.87 GHz and 15.26 GHz is completed in 200ns. © 2005 Optical Society of America.
