Abstract

Mechanical exfoliation of ion-track-etched two-dimensional layered materials yields nanometer-thin nanoporous sheets that can be suspended atop a silicon window to controllably fabricate single- or multi-pore nanofluidic devices. © 2014 The Partner Organisations.
