Abstract

We report a CMOS-compatible monolithic device for the amplitude and phase characterization of ultrafast optical pulses based on FWM, working up to 1THz bandwidth and 100ps time-duration thanks to a new phase-recovery algorithm for X-SPIDER. © 2011 IEEE.
