    Abstract

This workshop aims to familiarize participants with a new trend of Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) in the form of Google Doc, Google Form, and Google Spreadsheet. The presenter has been experimenting with Google Form in the past three years, mainly to create quizzes and to record student performance. In the past year he has been testing the functionalities offered by some newly written Google helper apps, to make better use of the data collected by his spreadsheets and to manage student projects. Workshop participants will get hands-on practice with creating quizzes using Google forms, and installing and setting up Google helper apps on Google spreadsheets to automate the calculation of student scores, and to share, manage and track student assignments in Google docs.
