Making the most of practice records

LARGE animal veterinary practitioners increasingly are, and need to be, part of a management team rather than just a 'fire brigade' service. Moving to this closer partnership requires that practitioners have a good understanding of their clients' needs. Here, Sian Ringrose, Richard Brown and Cath Milne report the findings of a study using practice records to analyse the services supplied by two Scottish veterinary practices covering similar beef- and sheep-farming areas.
