Abstract

Out-of class communication between professors and studentsand among students carries with it the potential of supplementing,enhancing, and enriching the in-class educational experience ofuniversity students. In this chapter we describe and analyze outof-class communication of Hong Kong local Cantonese studentsand exchange students from Mainland China, Japan, and Korea.
