Abstract
The data suggest that the precipitation of chi at 750 degree C and 815 degree C follows a law of the form V equals f(t/ tau ), where V is the volume fraction of chi formed in a time t and tau is a 'characteristic time' dependent upon temperature. The kinetics of M//2//3C//6 precipitation at 625 degree C was also studied by a bulk extraction method.
