Research output: Journal Publications and Reviews › RGC 21 - Publication in refereed journal › peer-review

    Abstract

Victimisation prevention seems to dominate the crime preventing strategies in Hong Kong. These strategies can enhance the social functioning of an individual. A new community care model, which focuses on promoting the relationship of adults and teenagers and emphasises delabelling, is suggested. © 1994 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
