Abstract

The objective of this minitrack is to provide a forum for researchers to exchange and disseminate ideas in the area of process technologies and reengineering, particularly on the use of the Internet technology. The minitrack brings together research papers that explore issues related to the development, deployment, and management of information technologies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. This minitrack consists of five research papers, ranging from case studies, to reengineering methodology, and to technology infrastructure. All of these five papers share two common characteristics: the study of business processes and the application of Internet technology.
