Abstract

In this study, ZnSxTe1-x and ZnSeyTe1-y were studied. These samples were found to belong to a new class of recently discovered highly mismatched semiconductor alloys whose electronic properties are strongly dominated by an antricrossing interaction between localized states of isoelectronic impurities and the extended states of the semiconductor matrix.
