Abstract
We demonstrate an integrated lithium niobate platform with sub-wavelength light confinement and low propagation loss (3dB/cm). We show efficient second harmonic generation in phase-matched waveguides (41% W-1cm-2), as well as high-speed electro-optic modulation (40 Gbps).
