Integrated Lithium Niobate Photonic Real-time RF Spectrum Analysis

Abstract

We demonstrate a broadband real-time RF spectrum analysis system based on a thin-film lithium niobate photonic chip, with nanosecond temporal resolution, an analysis bandwidth of 62 GHz, and a frequency resolution of 400 MHz. © Optica Publishing Group 2025. © 2025 The Author(s).
