Abstract
The integrated broadband power amplifier (PA)/low-noise amplifier (LNA) switch for time division diplexer was discussed. When the transmit bipolar junction transistor (BJT) was connected to the receive BJT low-noise amplifier, a switch was realised. The results on PA output power, LNA noise figure and bandwidth showed that it was suitable for numerous wireless applications.
