Abstract

We demonstrate a new approach of fabricating a thermooptic polymer-waveguide Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI). The MZI is fabricated with an imprinting technique, where the electrode heater is formed at the bottom of the waveguide substrate. © 2009 IEEE.
