Abstract

We report an ultra-high-linearity modulator on thin-film lithium niobate platform based on the ring-assisted Mach-Zehnder interferometer (RAMZI) structure, with measured spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) up to 120.04 dB·Hz4/5 at 1GHz.
