Abstract

A channelized RF receiver with 23 channels is proposed covering 0.3-23.3 GHz. In all of the channels, the average noise figure is around 25.3 dB and the spurious-free dynamic range is above 100.9 dB. Hz2/3. © 2024 The Author(s). © 2024 IEEE.
