    Abstract

We present and experimentally demonstrate a stable high-extinction-ratio multiwavelength optical source with Erbium-dope fiber, which is mainly based on a CMOS-compatible nonlinear micro-ring resonator. Optical spectrum from different output positions are compared and analyzed.
