Abstract
王江雨教授指出，以第二次世界大戰為分水嶺，此前是由現實主義所主導的強權政治時代，此後則以彰顯人權而進入到以價值為基礎的國際關係時代。但地緣政治並沒有消失，而是隱藏在了自由國際主義的背後，人權頻頻被作為發動戰爭、干涉他國的武器。此情之下，人類更應時刻牢記人權的底線，即人權應該承認每個人都是人，並且應該像人一樣地被對待和尊重。
