Abstract
Based on the findings of an evaluation study on the first two phases of a cross-the-border supervision service project performed by a Hong Kong non-governmental organization, this paper sheds light on the nature of social work supervision in Shenzhen and the constraints of cross-the-border supervision. © The Author(s) 2010.
