Abstract
Drying is the last operation for processing most biomaterials. Due to the heat and moisture sensitivity of biomaterials, selections of drying methods and operating parameters are very important to keep the viability of these materials. The experiments were carried out in fluidized bed drying of photosynthetic microorganism liquid and mixed culture animal food. Results show that most activities can be kept in dried products. Appropriate operation parameters were determined.
