Flexible Floating Gate Memory

Research output: Chapters, Conference Papers, Creative and Literary WorksRGC 12 - Chapter in an edited book (Author)peer-review

Abstract

This chapter is mainly concerning transistor-based nonvolatile floating gate memories on flexible substrates, and proposes solutions based on nanomaterials and novel memory structures to improve the device performances of floating gate memory. We discuss the fundamental properties of floating gate memory. The electrical and memory performances of the floating gate memory under different applied strain on flexible substrates are also described. The flexible floating gate memory will play an important role in future development of portable RFID tags, conformable displays, sensors, and other flexible electronics applications. © 2018 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
