Abstract

This paper presents the design and implementation of FinTechX, a software system aimed at bridging the gap between retail investors and professional-grade financial tools. This financial platform is centered on simulated stock trading and tailored for non-professional investors. Built around the customer journey framework, the system integrates quantitative stock data with textual financial reports to provide AI-driven analytical support throughout the investment workflow. Key modules include simulated trading, stock order matching, AI-powered report summarization and quantitative data analysis, and community interaction features, among others. By creating a risk-free investment environment, the platform promotes financial literacy and serves as a practical testbed for embedding intelligent technologies into financial software systems. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2026.
