Abstract
A new three-dimensional time-domain method is proposed. The computational domain consists of a union of tetrahedrons with electric fields assigned on the edges. Fields are updated from the integral form of Maxwell's equations in conjunction with the use of Whitney two-form elements. A rectangular waveguide is modeled as an example.
