Abstract
Club House Management, as a service component of estate management, is identified as a key factor of quality management. Good access to club house facilities demand efficient and often with the need in providing latest status updates. Software solution has to be cost effective with Internet access to services, and support for future enhancements. A prototype Club House Management System (CHMS) was developed and on-site usage results showed that there were significant improvements in service quality with reduction on labor and operating costs. © 2010 IEEE.
