Abstract

The general formula for evaluating the bit-error probability of M-ary differential phase-shift keying with L diversity equal-gain combining over frequency nonselective redistributed, uncorrelated Nakagami fading channels and correlated Gaussian noise is presented. The evaluation usually takes one-dimensional integration and this integration can be reduced to a closed form for integer m by applying the residue theorem.
