Abstract
The importance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) in streamlining business processes was discussed. The combination of ERP systems and e-commerce was considered critical to the success of most businesses. Various aspects of ERP implementation methodologies such as quality of service, maintainability, security, and data sharing and integration were described. Minimal Information Set (MIS) was used to eliminate redundant and outdated information and minimize updates across the different ERP systems.
