Abstract

Chiral phosphonium salts derived from natural amino acids were prepared and applied to the asymmetric alkylation reaction of glycine imine with substituted benzyl bromides, and the desired alkylation products were obtained in high yields and with excellent enantioselectivities. © 2016 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
