Abstract

The fabrication of bilayer doped electroluminescent devices was discussed. The devices were formed using rare earth (RE) complexes and had efficient red light emission. The analysis showed that both triplet and singlet energy were converted into light emission using RE complexes as host and fluorescent dyes as dopants.
