Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between organizational culture, leadership behaviors, influence strategies, and organizational commitment. The statistical results (n=125) show that organizational culture values (team, detail, and innovation) predict most leadership styles (task, supportive, reward, participative, and change) but does not predict all influence strategies: team and innovation orientation values are positively correlated with persuasive strategy whereas detail orientation culture is negatively related to assertive strategy. Leadership styles and persuasive influence strategy mediates the relationships between organizational culture and organizational commitment; however, the moderating effect of national culture is not significant.
