Dimensional analysis of the rectangular dielectric resonator

Research output: Journal Publications and ReviewsRGC 22 - Publication in policy or professional journal

Abstract

Dimensional analysis is used to study the resonant frequency of the rectangular dielectric resonator (DR). The function is then found by using a curve-fitting technique. The result is accurate for 97 ≥ εr2 ≥10, 1≥ b/a ≥0.2 and 0.86 ≥ d/a ≥0.16, where a, b and c are the dimensions of the DR.
