Abstract
This paper proposes an air-ground anti-jamming controlled radiation pattern antenna (CRPA) communication system, in which a bent monopole antenna with a simple structure is adopted, and a circular array composed of four such monopoles can be finely used in air-ground communication because the 3-dB beam width of the array is about 128° (-64° ∼ 64° ). Thanks to the ability of each antenna to provide different electric field components, therefore the proposed array supports multiple polarization modes for wireless communication within the desired beam width. Different from the traditional research on algorithm anti-jamming, this paper proposes a new anti-jamming system architecture, which integrates the proposed antenna array and adaptive beamforming algorithm effectively to form a CRPA system, which is not only low cost but also strong anti-jamming ability, and its practicability is demonstrated by testing the circuit system in anechoic chamber environment. © 2024 IEEE.
