Abstract
By using an asymmetric beam splitter, we observe the generalized Hong-Ou-Mandel e®ects for three and four photons, respectively. Furthermore, we can use this generalized Hong-Ou-Mandel interferometer to characterize temporal distinguishability. © 2007 OSA.
