Research output: Journal Publications and Reviews › RGC 22 - Publication in policy or professional journal › peer-review

Abstract

The outbreak of coronavirus and its associated quarantine policy have lowered China’s carbon emissions by over 184 million tons per month. Such reduction is expected to persist in the long run through structural change of energy mix and the digitalization of its economy. We shall work together and turn current health crisis into an opportunity for mitigating climate change.
