N2 - One conventional technique for source localization is to utilize the time-difference-of-arrival (TDOA) measurements of a signal received at spatially separated sensors. A simple TDOA-based location algorithm that combines the advantages of two efficient positioning methods is developed. It is demonstrated that the proposed approach can give optimum performance in geolocation via satellites at different noise conditions.
