    Abstract

    Direct adaptive fuzzy-neural control for unknown nonlinear dynamical systems was discussed. Universal approximation theorem was used and incorporated into fuzzy systems. Results showed that the fuzzy adaptive control algorithm can be applied to only those nonlinear systems whose state variables are unknown.
