Cell-Anchored Matrix Technology for High Throughput Single Cell Multidimensional Analysis

Abstract

A cell-anchored matrix technology, cholesterol-linked antibody (CLAb), was developed for single-cell multidimensional analysis of cell types (surface biomarkers) and functionalities (secretions). Here, surface proteins (CD3, CD13) and secretions (IFN-γ, TNF-α) expressed by single immune cells (macrophages, dendritic cells) were simultaneously evaluated for immune profiling.
