Abstract

This paper discusses the development of a software package for Linear Quadratic Gaussian (LQG) controller design and a related computer aided control suite: Programm CC. The LQG package is being developed on the VAX 11/750 machine and will be transferred to an IBM PC via an advanced communications program: KERMIT. The Program CC suite, developed by Dr. P. Thompson of the Californian Institute of Technology is designed for implementation on the IBM range of personal computers.
