Abstract
For the first time, we demonstrated BN nanospheres (BNNSs) can interact with biomolecules and deliver unmethylated cytosine-phosphate-guanine oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG ODNs) into cells to activate toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9), which is a very important process for therapy of cancers and allergy diseases. © 2011 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
